Back to P90X

So I know I need to stay physically active, I’m not a young man any more and the highblood pressure could evolve into a problem if i don’t stay active.

That’s pretty easy to understand, but theory and practice are two different things.

Life is certainly hectic around the Guild Hall, but that’s no real excuse.

SO! I started back working out, nothing major 20-30 minutes a day, Wednesday thru Monday. I take Tuesdays off. I’m working on building my stamina up so I can make it through entire P90X workouts. It’ll happen, hoping to stick with it for the entire 90 days this time around. the last few attempts I’ve gone about a month, not bad by any stretch.

saying all that…. I’M SORE!
