With a weekend get-away and a stressfull second week. I used that as an excuse to slip, both eating and NOT working out.
But I climbed back onto the wagon this morning. It’s hard! I’m not 100% or even 50% sold on the idea of eating better and physical fitness. But I’m still doing it. I need to get sold on the idea so I put forth more effort into the work out. Going through the motions isn’t accomplishing much. If I can make headway giving 100% for a daily 20 minute workout then it’ll be easier to move beyond 20 minutes and ultimately do the full hour + workouts. I think I”ll get there.
I’m enjoying back in front of the class even with the occassional technical difficulty.
